3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery across UAE, KSA, and Oman. All custom duties and VAT are included, so you won't face any hidden charges upon delivery.
Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period
- You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a successful return, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Inside the original packaging with all brand tags and labels attached.
3. How to Request a Return

- Our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
4. Return Shipping Fees
- Damaged/Wrong Items: If you received the wrong or damaged item, the return shipping is 100% free.
- Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, a minor return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund.
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be issued via Store Credit or Bank Transfer.
